01Information we collect

• ·Account information: name, email, phone, NPN, license states, organization affiliation.
• ·Service usage: product configuration, feature interactions, audit logs, call metadata, model outputs you generate.
• ·Call content (where enabled): audio recordings, transcripts, derived analytics. Recording requires applicable consent under federal and state law.
• ·Beneficiary information you process through the service may include Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI is governed by HIPAA and the BAA between us and the relevant covered entity.
• ·Device, browser, and connection data including IP address, user agent, and approximate location.
• ·Communications you send us (support tickets, sales inquiries, survey responses).

02How we use information

• ·Operate, maintain, and improve the service and its underlying models.
• ·Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• ·Provide customer support and account administration.
• ·Send service-related notices and, with consent, marketing communications.
• ·Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
• ·Develop aggregated, de-identified insights. We do not sell personal information.

03How we share information

• ·Subprocessors: cloud infrastructure, model providers, observability, payment processors, and email delivery vendors operating under written data-protection terms.
• ·Customer administrators: if your access is provisioned by an FMO, agency, or carrier, that organization may have administrative visibility into your activity within their tenant.
• ·Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• ·Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.
• ·We do not sell or rent personal information.

04Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies and limited third-party analytics to operate the service and measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser. Where required by law, we present a consent banner and honor Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals.

05Your choices and rights

• ·Access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.

• ·Objection to or restriction of certain processing.
• ·Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications at any time.

06Data retention

We retain account and usage data for the duration of your subscription and for a limited period thereafter consistent with our recordkeeping, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal-hold obligations. Call recordings and PHI follow the retention schedule in the applicable BAA or service order.

07Security

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. See our Security page for current posture.

08International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.

09Children

The service is for business and licensed-professional use. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10Changes to this policy

We will post material changes here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
